My name is Germán Medina Fuentes. I am the eldest son to immigrant parents, a Los Angeles native, a proud Latino, a UCLA Grad of Mexican descent, and I empower People of Color to create generational wealth through real estate. I am also a martial arts enthusiast, a boxing fanatic, a former Cal South ODP soccer player, and a novice chess player.

My real estate experience dates back to 2012 when I worked at UCLA Housing and Hospitality Services, first assigning faculty housing and later all of family & single graduate off-campus housing. In 2017, I bought my own multi-family property, and today, that property pays my mortgages.

My goal is to equip my clients and their families with the know-how to become airbnb super hosts, landlords, investors and approach any real estate market with confidence. I'm driven to create a community where we share our contacts, contracts, notices and experiences in an effort to help our families achieve all of their real estate goals.
